I made my appointment online. I arrived early for my appointment. Then I waited 3 HOURS to be seen. Then the physician wrapped my wound, which fell off before I even got to my car. I had to go BUY MY OWN MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO REDO MY DRESSING. The only thing that saved me from walking out was how sweet the receptionist is But everyone else is incompetent and a waste of time and money. I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

Not Urgent or Fast! Could not be more disappointed with this place. Took almost 2 hours for my brother to be seen to stitch up a cut even though the place was completely empty. They are also not related to Honor Health in anyway..

Not the best urgent care we have been to. My hubby and I had appointments at 9 and 9:15 - finally got in at 11 - why have an appointment? We could have easily sat and waited for 2 hours!! Staff was over worked and not personable at all. They couldn’t do an X-ray so I was sent to their Tempe location. What a difference!! Tempe was clean, nice and professional - won’t go back to this first location.
